To complete an accurate mould we require a variety of coremaking facilities that can be used to give superb internal surface finish and dimensional accuracy.

Cores are manufactured in Alpha Set sand, Shell Moulding and Beta Set.

In choosing the coremaking type we take into consideration the dimensional accuracy and surface finish required, the size and quantity of the casting and commercial considerations. We aim to provide the best and most cost effective solution for all of your iron casting requirements.
